THESE ARE APPROVED MINUTES BY THE COUNCIL

The Kiester City council held a Special meeting on Wednesday, May 5, 2021. At the Kiester City Hall.

Mayor Rich Goggin called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm Members present were, council, Hope Bauman, Larry Dahlen, Brandon Hagenson, Jason Kluender

They had the discussion about why the ambulance would like to be purchasing a newer ambulance. An explanation of why this one would be a good fit for us and the reasoning why we need to act fast.

Brandon Hagenson made motion to make a resolution to cash in the ambulance Cd’s numbered 6228 6318 6426 6450 6451. To use for the purchase of the new ambulance. Jason Kleunder seconded this.
Vote was 3-0, with Hope Bauman and Rich Goggin abstaining.

Hope and Rich will also go back to the townships to see if they would help offset some of the extra cost that will be added after the purchase.
